These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Ysaura Inoa Coaching website, coaching
services, programs, courses, educational materials, digital downloads, workbooks, books, resources,
and other products or services offered through or in connection with the website. By using the website
or purchasing or accessing a product or service, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by
applicable law.
Coaching and Educational Services
Ysaura Inoa Coaching provides life coaching and personal-development education designed to support
areas such as confidence, purpose, boundaries, resilience, leadership, decision-making, growth, and
intentional living. Coaching is collaborative and future-focused. You remain responsible for your
decisions, actions, choices, and results.
Scope of Coaching and Professional Boundaries
Life coaching is not psychotherapy, psychological counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical care, crisis
intervention, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, or financial planning.
Coaching does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions. When a matter is outside the
scope of coaching, you may be encouraged to consult an appropriately licensed or qualified
professional. Ysaura Inoa Coaching is not an emergency or crisis-response service.
No Guarantee of Results
No specific personal, professional, relationship, emotional, business, financial, or other outcome is
promised or guaranteed. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, participation,
implementation, decisions, effort, and factors outside our control.
Separate Coaching or Program Agreements
Paid coaching, group programs, memberships, or other services may require a separate Coaching
Agreement, Program Agreement, order form, or checkout terms. Those documents are incorporated by
reference for the applicable service. If a signed or specifically accepted service agreement conflicts with
these general website Terms, the more specific service agreement controls for that service to the extent
permitted by law.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to purchase adult services or products
directly from us. If an account is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Payments, Payment Plans, and Taxes
Prices, taxes, payment schedules, and product-specific terms will be shown at checkout, booking, or in
the applicable agreement. You authorize charges associated with your purchase. Unless an offer
expressly states that it is a month-to-month subscription, an installment or payment plan is a method of
paying the total agreed purchase price and does not by itself create a right to cancel remaining
payments merely because participation stops. This provision is subject to any cancellation right
required by law or stated in the applicable agreement.
Appointments and Coaching Sessions
Unless different terms are disclosed for a particular service, individual coaching appointments require
at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without losing the session. A cancellation with less than
24 hours’ notice or a no-show may be treated as a used session and may be non-refundable, except
where required by law or where Ysaura Inoa Coaching approves an exception for an emergency or
other extraordinary circumstance.
Digital Products and Courses
Digital products may include ebooks, workbooks, printables, templates, journals, courses, recordings,
and educational materials. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchase grants a limited, personal, nonexclusive, non-transferable license for the intended use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell,
sublicense, publicly upload, share paid access credentials, remove ownership notices, or commercially
exploit the content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original website content, text, curriculum, frameworks, graphics, branding,
logos, course materials, workbooks, digital downloads, characters, product designs, and other original
materials are owned by Ysaura Inoa Coaching or the applicable rights holder. This includes original
materials associated with Ysaura Inoa Coaching, The Ysaura Method(TM), Noble Legacy, and related
original product lines to the extent rights are owned or lawfully controlled. Unauthorized copying,
scraping, reproduction, resale, redistribution, republication, or creation of derivative commercial
materials is prohibited to the extent permitted by law. Use of the TM symbol does not represent that a
mark is federally registered unless registration is specifically stated.
Testimonials, Reviews, and Marketing Claims
Testimonials, reviews, client stories, and examples reflect individual experiences and are not
guarantees. We do not authorize fake or misleading reviews. Where a testimonial communicates a
specific or exceptional result, Ysaura Inoa Coaching will not rely solely on phrases such as “results may
vary” to imply that the result is generally expected. Material connections to endorsers will be disclosed
when required by applicable law.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party platforms, marketplaces, payment processors, scheduling
services, social networks, or other providers. Those third parties operate under their own terms and
policies, and we do not control their independent services.
Website Availability and Force Majeure
Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law,
Ysaura Inoa Coaching is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond its
control, including severe weather, natural disasters, major power or internet outages, cyber incidents,
government actions, labor disruptions, or material third-party platform failures. Where practical, we
may reschedule services or provide a reasonable alternative method of delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ysaura Inoa Coaching and its owner, representatives,
contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary,
or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the website, products, educational materials,
or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability arising from a particular paid product or service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Ysaura Inoa Coaching for that
specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability
that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, or reasonable
expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or materials, violation of these Terms,
infringement of another person’s rights, or unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of protected
content.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Florida, without
regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Unless prohibited by
applicable law or superseded by a specific written agreement, any court proceeding relating to these
Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida. A specific county venue or
arbitration provision should be added only after final legal review.
Severability, No Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the
fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any
other right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund & Cancellation Policy,
and any applicable purchase or signed service agreement, constitute the relevant agreement
concerning the website or applicable service.
Language Versions
English and Spanish versions are intended to communicate the same substantive terms. If an
unintended inconsistency exists between translations, the English-language version will control to the
extent permitted by applicable law, unless a specific agreement or mandatory law requires otherwise.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms for future use. Revised Terms become effective when posted or on the
